Email Destination

Docs on using Finicom's email destination, to receive emails for bank transactions that appear on your account.


Intro

Finicom's email destination sends emails for every transaction on your bank account. Below are steps on using this destination.

Creating an Email Destination

  1. Go to your organization's destination page
  2. Click "Add Destination"
  3. Click "Email"
  4. Complete adding details for your new email destination, including which source to use, and which email address to email. Details for Email Destination | Finicom

Details

  • An email will be sent to the configured email for every transaction on the source account. Each transaction update (move to posted or void) will also send an email with the new transaction status.
  • To filter and only receive emails for a specific transaction status (pending, posted, or void) use filter to filter for only the status you'd like to be emailed for.
  • Emails will be sent from [email protected]
